Before going for a bike ride check:
- Handlebars, seat and kick stand are secure.
- Bike tires have good pressure and rims are straight.
- There is a lock for each bike.
- Do not twist the inner dial when the bike lock is open as this will lose the combination. If this happens, please call Sheryl (909) 489‑6735 immediately so we can try to recover the combination.

WE WANT TO HELP YOU AVOID FINES:
Three very important issues to help you avoid a fine of $2000 or more and possible eviction are:
- Do not park illegally by parking behind the garage or blocking the alley.
- No Parties or disturbing the neighbors. No loud voices or music.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM
- If you park on the street, please check the street sweeping sign for each street. Please move your car on street sweeping day between 8:30 AM‑ 12:30 PM or you will get a ticket.
PLEASE RESPECT YOUR HOME BY THE SEA:
1. This is a NON-SMOKING property including house and balcony. This includes vaping and cannabis.
2. Please do not put meat, grease or large amounts of material down the garbage disposal.
3. Please do not put the following in the dishwasher: Pans, plastic, acrylic or knifes.
4. When not in use please turn OFF BBQ gas tank by turning valve clockwise. We want to ensure you have gas to BBQ during your stay!
5. Trash cans are at back of the building near the alley.
6. Please do not bring bikes or beach equipment into the house.
7. Please do not remove patio umbrellas from patio table.
8. Please close all Patio umbrellas after use, especially when windy!
SAFETY:
Please keep garage door always closed and do not leave valuables outside unattended.
HEADING TO THE BEACH
- Please be sure to apply sunscreen, but please apply sunscreen outdoors as it will stain furniture.
- Bikes, Boogie boards, toys, beach chairs and ice chests are in the garage.
- Please keep garage door closed at all times.
- Have fun and watch for dolphins!!
RETURNING FROM THE BEACH:
- Please check your feet for tar and clean off before entering the house. We provide Baby oil and wipes to remove tar which are located at the entrance of the building.
- We love sand on the beach but it's a problem in the drains and washer. Please rinse off sand with hose before entering the house.
- Do not rinse off sand in the showers.
- Please remove sand from clothing and towels before placing in washing machine.

Please let us know if you will be departing prior to 10 AM.
Please let us know if any of your guests have symptoms of illness.
If you rented multiple units, please return all items to their original unit, including bikes.
Before departing tomorrow please:
- Please put all trash and perishables in the outside trash cans.
- Please clear everything out of refrigerator and freezer.
- Please turn OFF thermostat including heater, fan mode, all lights and ceiling fans.
- Please place ALL TV remotes/Firesticks next to each TV.
- Please return ALL BIKES TO GARAGE. BE SURE THERE IS A BIKE LOCK PER TWO BIKES. Please let us know if there are bike issues.
- IF BOOGIE BOARDS, BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS ARE BROKEN: Let us know so we can replace or return to store.
- Please check for ALL belongings before leaving, especially phone chargers.
- Please turn on dishwasher before leaving.
- Please let us know if there are any repairs needed! We always appreciate feedback to make your next stay exceptional!
