The City of Newport Beach does not allow renters under the age of 25.
The signer of the rental agreement must occupy one of the rental units for the entire stay.
Illegal parking, parties, or loud gatherings may result in city fines of $2,000 or more.
Exterior security cameras are installed for guest safety and property protection.
There is a $50 per day / night charge for any visitors not listed on the rental agreement and / or exceeding 14 guests.
