The City of Newport Beach requires that vacation renters be at least 25 years old. It is illegal to rent this unit to underage occupants. The person signing the rental agreement must be present for the entire stay. Please reach out to discuss possible exceptions.
To finalize your reservation, we’ll need a signed rental agreement and a copy of your ID. If you’d like to review the agreement before booking, just let us know!
Important Parking & Noise Guidelines
🚗 Parking Regulations:
Newport Beach enforces strict regulations to maintain a peaceful environment. Guests or visitors who park illegally (over the yellow line or blocking the alley) may incur fines.
🔊 Noise and Guest Limitations:
Hosting loud gatherings or exceeding the six-guest maximum at any time, including daytime visitors, can result in significant penalties. A $50 per day/night fee applies for exceeding the guest limit, along with potential fines of $1,000 or more if a citation is issued for parking violations, noise disturbances, or excess guests. These charges are payable by the signer of the rental agreement.

Service Animal Policy
Hosts are allowed to ask the following about a guest’s need for a service animal:
Whether the guest requires their service animal because of a disability
What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, service animals must meet the following criteria:
Service animals must remain under control and cannot be left alone without prior approval.
They should be housebroken.
They must be properly harnessed, leashed, or tethered in public areas.
Unauthorized areas are off-limits to service animals.
