HappiTravels has seven separate units on four different properties located on 45th and 46th street in the 100 block, just one minute away from the beach, great surfing and dolphins!  Newport Bay is a one minute walk and has a playground and access to kayak or stand up paddle board the bay or Newport Nature reserve.

You can rent one unit or all seven units for family reunions.  

All seven units can sleep up to 44 guests and are within one minute of each other!

WE THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING! 

Pre arrival groceries- Order groceries before arrival. Staff will receive and put them away for free on arrival day.

Yes, we have garage parking available for guests. Small SUVs are easiest to fit in garages. Also free street parking may be available.

We accept all major credit cards.

Only $100 to reserve, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. 

Discount for 7 or More Nights All Year-Round! 

 One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. 

For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.  

HappiTravels Vacation Rentals are family friendly properties.

NO SMOKING (including cannabis and vaping), NO PARTIES OR LOUD GROUPS ALLOWED.

QUIET HOURS: 10 PM to 10 AM

The city of Newport Beach does not allow renters of vacation properties under the age of 25.

It is illegal to rent this unit for underage occupants.

The signer of the rental agreement for this HappiTravels rental must occupy the rental for entire duration of the reservation. Please contact us for exceptions to this policy.

A signed rental agreement with copy of ID will be required to complete reservation. If you would like to view the rental agreement prior to making a reservation, please let us know.

Any guests or visitors who PARK ILLEGALLY OVER THE YELLOW LINE OR IN THE ALLEY even for a few minutes OR HAVE PARTIES OR LOUD GATHERINGS can result in HIGH CITY FINES OF $2000 or more of which signer of the rental agreement will be responsible for. 

HappiTravels wants you to have a great experience so please don't get a fine.

There is a $50 per day/night charge for any visitors not listed on the rental agreement and/or exceeding maximum guests including any daytime or evening visitors.  Additional guest fee to be paid prior to arrival.

Service animals:

Hosts are allowed to ask the following about a guest’s need for a service animal:

Whether the guest requires their service animal because of a disability

What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform

A guest’s service animal must not be:

Out of control

Unhouse broken

Left alone at the listing without prior approval

Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest

Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under the guest’s control.

Yes, we require a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property.

Yes,  Pavillions grocery store is a two minute drive or a five minute bike ride from the rentals.  A liquor store is across the way.
You can pre-order groceries from Pavillions before arrival. Staff will receive and put them away for free on arrival day. 

Trader Joe's, Walmart and Mother's market (which is a health food store/restaurant and has a lot of vegan and vegetarian options), are within a 10 minute drive.

Newport Pier has great restaurants and shops. It's a 5-minute car, 10-minute bike ride, or a 25 minute walk on the Oceanfront boardwalk. 

Disneyland is about 25-minutes away, depending on traffic. 

Huntington Beach is a five minute drive to main street, depending on traffic.
The best way to get there is to take a 25 minute bike ride along the Oceanfront boardwalk where there are restaurants and bars to rest your weary legs.  

No lodging in Huntington Beach provides immediate access to surfing or swimming with dolphins one minute from your rental like Newport Beach does.
To access the beach from Huntington Beach lodging, you must cross Pacific Coast Highway.

Both have nightlife and lots of restaurants.

Huntington Beach's Main Street has more shopping than Newport Pier area. 

No, a car is not needed. John Wayne airport (SNA) is a 10 minute Urber ride to Your Home by the Sea.

Have your groceries delivered prior to yor arrival and our staff will put your groceries away.

Restaurants and a local grocery store are an easy bike ride or walk.

Two or more free bikes come with the rental.

Yes, you can rent bikes, E-bikes, childs bikes and accessories, surfboards and Kayaks from our property manager who will delivery them to your front door!
