The signer of the rental agreement for this HappiTravels rental must occupy one of the rental units for entire duration of the reservation. Please contact us for exceptions to this policy.
A signed rental agreement with copy of ID will be required to complete reservation. If you would like to view the rental agreement prior to making a reservation, please let us know.
Any guests or visitors who PARK BEHIND GARAGE OR IN THE ALLEY even for a few minutes OR HAVE PARTIES OR LOUD GATHERINGS can result in HIGH CITY FINES OF $2000 or more of which signer of the rental agreement will be responsible for.
HappiTravels wants you to have a great experience so please don't get a fine.
There is a $50 per day/night charge for any visitors not listed on the rental agreement and/or exceeding 12 guests including any daytime or evening visitors. Additional guest fee to be paid prior to arrival.
Service animals:
Hosts are allowed to ask the following about a guest’s need for a service animal:
Whether the guest requires their service animal because of a disability
What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform
A guest’s service animal must not be:
Out of control
Unhouse broken
Left alone at the listing without prior approval
Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest
Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under the guest’s control.
