HOW TO SEE DOLPHINS!!

• Watch the water just beyond the rock jetty. 
• Dolphins often appear around 7 AM or 3 PM. 
• Sometimes they jump, but usually, you’ll spot their dorsal fin. I’ve even had them swim under my boogie board!
• When you see them, stay calm—don’t swim after them. If you're peaceful, maybe even hum, they might reward you with some acrobatic moves!

• Newport Bay is just a one minute walk away. 
• Has a playground
• Kayak or stand up paddle boards can be rented from our Property manager Richard, to explore Newport Bay or Newport Bay Nature Reserve.

HOW TO GET TO THE NEWPORT PIER VIA THE OCEANFRONT BOARDWALK

• Walk or ride towards the ocean, turn left onto Seashore Dr.
• Go to 36th St  you will see a stop sign at 36th and Seashore
• Turn towards the ocean and you will enter the boardwalk.
