The signer of the rental agreement for this HappiTravels rental must occupy one of the rental units for entire duration of the reservation.
Any guests or visitors who PARK ILLEGALLY OVER THE YELLOW LINE OR IN THE ALLEY even for a few minutes OR HAVE PARTIES OR LOUD GATHERINGS can result in HIGH CITY FINES OF $2000 or more of which signer of the rental agreement will be responsible for.
There is a $50 per day/night charge for any visitors not listed on the rental agreement and/or exceeding a maximum capacity of 14 guests at the ocean view property,12 guests at the Beach Retreat property, 14 guests at Surf View, and 10 guests at Dolphin Sanctuary including any daytime or evening visitors. Additional guest fee to be paid prior to arrival.
Service animals:
Hosts are allowed to ask the following about a guest’s need for a service animal:

What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform
A guest’s service animal must not be:
Out of control
Unhouse broken
Left alone at the listing without prior approval
