All seven rentals are located on the 100 block of 45th/46th streets which can sleep 44 guests.  Great for church groups, athletic groups or family reunions.

Bayfront park and playground is close by for kayaking or Stand Up Paddle boarding.  You can Kayak or SUP into the Newport Harbor, pass John Wayne's former home and yacht or into the back bay for wildlife viewing.
Disneyland is 25 minutes away!
Rent an electric boat to cruise the harbor or dock at the 

many waterfront restaurants

The Fun Zone is near by for Whale watching and Catalina Island cruises
