Newport Bay is across the street with a Bay Front playground for the kids! 

Rent a Kayak or Stand up paddle board from our property manager and paddle past John Wayne's former house and his boat, The Wild Goose! 

You can also kayak or SUP in Newport Harbor and stop for a bite to eat at many waterfront restaurants or venture into the Back Bay area in the early morning for great wildlife viewing! 

We offer surfboard/Kayak/SUP boards/E-bikes/additional bike and child bike rentals/equipment  delivered to your front door!
